Each template license is granted per project. A project means one final website, whether it is built for yourself, your business, or a client. You may fully customize the template, edit the copy, change the design, add integrations, and adapt it to the needs of that project. If you want to use the same paid template for another separate project, a new license is required.

You may use Doctus Studio templates for client work, as long as each client project has its own valid license when the template is paid. Free templates include the same usage rights as paid templates: they can be used for personal, commercial, and client projects, but they cannot be resold, redistributed, or repackaged as standalone products.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, upload, or offer any Doctus Studio template as a competing template, template pack, design resource, or downloadable product. You may not claim ownership or copyright over the original template files, structure, components, or design system. The final website you create belongs to you or your client, but the original template remains a Doctus Studio product.

Payments & Refunds
Payments for paid templates are processed through Lemon Squeezy or another checkout provider listed at purchase. Because templates are digital products delivered immediately, refund requests may be limited once access, download, or remix links have been provided, except where required by applicable law. If you have an issue with a purchase, contact support@doctusthemes.com and we will review the request fairly.
